Job Summary: This professional will manage material control, provide technical support to the team, analyze and interpret material substitutions, and prepare managerial reports on material procurement for new projects. Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. * Flexibility regarding working hours. * Experience in material control. * Analyze and interpret potential material substitutions; provide technical guidance to supervisors regarding such possible modifications. * Control all materials to be used by the metal-mechanical division during construction. * Monitor various project phases; visit sites and inspect material usage at work fronts. * Provide field support (assembly) when necessary, resolving doubts or enabling assembly based on local assessment. * Collect and summarize data to prepare managerial reports on material procurement status and pending items that may impact implementation of the new project, analyzing project delivery schedules, already acquired materials, inventory stock, transferred materials, and materials used outside the scope of issued projects, thereby contributing to decision-making processes. * Monitor material procurement status, analyzing impacts (delivery delays or advances) on current results versus forecasts. * Issue material purchase requisitions according to project requirements or material forecasts. * Monitor and control activities of third-party project companies to update schedules and adjust priorities as construction progresses, organizing and controlling workflow. * Maintain an updated materials database and procurement history for completed projects. * Support assembly teams regarding material usage and/or selection of suitable materials. * Perform job responsibilities while strictly adhering to all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards, and consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for performing job and departmental tasks. * Responsible for promptly informing immediate supervisor of any activity posing risks to personal health or colleagues' health and safety. * Perform duties in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information. * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and workplace cleanliness via internal and external departmental audits. * Safeguard company property under one's responsibility, promptly reporting any issues or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. 251117020246704571
