Job Summary: This professional will assist in monitoring and managing construction projects, supporting planning, execution, and control of services and materials. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and management of services and materials on construction sites. 2. Support in contract drafting and quantity surveying. 3. Guidance to operational teams and support for decision-making. Description: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (from the 4th semester onward) in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; * Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD; * Basic proficiency in Revit; * Basic proficiency in MS Project; * Familiarity with Power BI; * Basic knowledge of budget management, planning, and control; * Basic knowledge of quality management. * Monitor daily site activities using project management and service tracking software; * Track quantities and material consumption for on-site services; * Prepare production monitoring reports for on-site services to finalize employee payroll; * Monitor on-site service execution in accordance with design plans and quality management system requirements, and record acceptance of completed construction services; * Assist in quantity surveying for contract preparation, service packages, and material requisitions; * Assist in collecting proposals and documentation for third-party contract preparation; * Monitor executed services and assist in compiling planning and production data; * Collect and compile field information to support the engineer’s decision-making regarding material selection based on technical specifications; * Guide and direct operational teams during task execution; * Monitor and assist the site supervisor in supplying materials for services; * Perform other related duties as required by the department and under the manager’s direction. 2512040202181856762
