Job Opening – Construction Supervisor We are seeking a professional to work as a Construction Supervisor, responsible for overseeing and leading teams on-site, ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with the project plan, quality standards, and safety requirements established for the construction site. Key responsibilities: * Supervise and guide in-house and subcontracted teams; * Assign and monitor daily construction activities; * Ensure execution of works according to design drawings and schedule; * Support control of materials, equipment, and site organization; * Monitor productivity and quality of completed work; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Support the engineering team in tracking project progress; * Conduct inspections of completed work. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Construction Supervisor; * Knowledge of construction processes; * Team leadership skills; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Organizational skills and proactivity.
