Control materials, equipment, and report construction progress. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate operational teams at the construction site; * Assign tasks according to the physical schedule of the project; * Monitor productivity, quality, and execution deadlines; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations (NRs); * Control the use of materials, equipment, and tools; * Report construction progress to the Site Foreman/Engineering team; * Support measurements, service verifications, and site organization. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education (secondary education preferred); * Proven experience as a **Construction Supervisor** or in a similar role; * Practical knowledge of basic blueprint reading and service execution; * Team leadership and strong communication skills; * Familiarity with construction site routines and occupational safety.
