Collaborate with engineering to plan construction execution while adhering to the long-term schedule. Ensure on-site worker safety by complying with specific project requirements and authorizing work areas. Conduct on-site inspections of work to verify its safety and quality (finishing and sound technique). Survey materials and forecast required inputs in advance of execution, in coordination with the production engineer. Support the site’s timekeeping and warehouse teams in organizing the construction site for material receipt. Select the workforce, ensuring order and a positive working environment on-site. Manage owned and rented equipment, assessing their necessity and timely return. Control waste and assist in waste management. Supervise subcontractor services and in-house team activities.
