Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring standards of quality, safety, productivity, cost, and schedule while leading in-house and subcontracted teams. Coordination of in-house and subcontracted teams. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate, supervise, and guide all on-site construction activities, ensuring that work performed by in-house and subcontracted teams meets the quality, safety, productivity, cost, and schedule standards defined by the construction company. Act as operational leadership, bridging technical planning with daily execution. Working hours to be agreed upon. **Requirements:** Preferably reside in Porto Alegre; Completed elementary education (minimum); Proven experience as a Construction Master in infrastructure; Experience managing both subcontracted and in-house teams; Track record in executing drainage, flooring, and foundation projects.
