Job Summary: Professional responsible for organizing teams, analyzing construction projects, guiding site setup, verifying purchased materials, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and PPE usage. Resource optimization and communication with engineers Must reside in Franca/SP or nearby region! **Responsibilities:** * Organize the team and assign tasks; * Analyze the entire project construction together with engineers; * Guide proper construction site setup to improve workplace organization; * Verify all purchased materials; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Ensure team members use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Prevent material waste; * Keep responsible engineers informed about project progress. **Requirements:** * Knowledge related to building construction; * Leadership skills; Proactive attitude; Good communication; * Ability to analyze problems and identify optimal solutions.
