Assertive communication and contract management Description: * Completed degree in Engineering and/or Architecture * Experience in medium-to-large-scale construction projects * Organization, deadline management, and team leadership * Ability to work with agility, precision, and high workload * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and comfort with driving. * Develop and detail construction project execution plans. * Manage the schedule and progress of various construction phases. * Administer material, human, and financial resources for the project. * Analyze the financial and technical feasibility of construction. * Coordinate work teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives. * Serve as the liaison among stakeholders, including technical teams, suppliers, and internal clients. * Monitor activity progress and phase advancement of the construction project. * Ensure compliance with technical and safety regulations at the worksite. * Manage and resolve issues and challenges arising during project execution. * Maintain clear and assertive communication with all teams, internal clients, and suppliers. * Present performance reports on construction progress and schedule adherence. * Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers. * Ensure project quality and cost control 2511170202461814616
