Do you want to work on high-end construction projects, closely monitoring execution and ensuring quality at every stage? Then this position is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and execute construction work in accordance with executive project plans * Read, interpret, and verify architectural, structural, and installation drawings * Lead internal teams and contractors daily on-site * Organize and allocate work fronts according to the schedule * Inspect completed work to ensure quality and finish standards * Request, inspect, and control material usage on-site * Ensure site organization, safety, and smooth progress of construction **Requirements:** * Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings * Proven experience in high-end construction projects * Practical, organized, responsible, and detail-oriented profile * Team leadership skills and effective communication on-site **Job Details:** * **Working Hours:** **7:00 AM to 5:00 PM** * **Location:** Jarinu * **Benefits:** Meal allowance (per internal policy) Mileage and toll reimbursement Birthday Day Off Additional benefits as defined by service scope and service delivery model **Preferred Qualifications:** * Construction Foreman certification course * Technical degree in Building Construction
