Since our founding in 2010, we have believed in the potential to build stories with our clients; to become part of their lives, we went further: establishing a commitment to quality and efficient developments. **WE BELIEVE IN CHANGE—ESPECIALLY IN PEOPLE'S LIVES.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead civil construction collaborators and supervisors on-site, providing all necessary support for smooth project execution; Develop construction supervisors, ensuring technical alignment and improvement of professionals; Administer and ensure adherence to construction project schedules; Maintain site organization; Ensure construction safety, enforcing the use of PPE by employees and third parties; Control equipment and materials; Inspect the quality of raw materials used; Organize spaces for receiving goods.
