Experience in construction projects and team leadership ### **Construction Assistant Foreman | PJ** A professional responsible for supporting the Construction Foreman in executing activities at logistics and industrial warehouse construction sites, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. ### **Responsibilities** * Assign and monitor team tasks; * Organize work fronts and ensure productivity; * Monitor execution according to project plans; * Control materials and prevent waste; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE; * Guide the team and report to the Foreman/Engineer. ### **Requirements** * Experience in construction projects and team leadership; * Practical experience in civil construction; * Basic ability to read construction drawings; * Organized and proactive profile.
