Bourbon Hospitalidade, one of the leading companies in the hospitality market, is seeking a Construction Engineer for its corporate office located in São Paulo, SP. This professional will be responsible for managing construction and renovation projects across Bourbon Network properties, contracting and managing service reports and temporary labor, ensuring high-quality delivery and a positive customer experience, while complying with internal and external regulations and procedures and adhering to Bourbon’s general policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise small-scale construction and renovation projects;
* Develop financial schedules for projects;
* Contract and manage negotiations for services and temporary labor teams;
* Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulatory standards;
* Propose solutions to optimize resources and prevent waste;
* Prepare technical reports and provide progress updates on projects;
REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Civil Engineering (active CREA registration);
* Proven experience in construction and renovation project management;
* Knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings;
* Skills in contract management and negotiation with suppliers;
* Ability to lead teams and manage conflicts;
* Willingness to travel;
