Job Description Responsible for managing and controlling food and beverage outlet operations, ensuring service quality, increasing revenue levels, and enhancing guest satisfaction. Plan, administer, and coordinate outlet activities by establishing guidelines and work routines, providing guidance, prioritizing/distributing tasks, and resolving relevant operational issues. Supervise front desk operations or personally greet guests upon arrival at the outlet, providing necessary information. Greet guests warmly, make eye contact, and address them by name.
