Requirement of commitment, discipline, and professionalism. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Guide and direct patients and companions at strategic points throughout the hospital, verifying identification via ID badges. Check healthcare service vouchers and direct patients to the SUS reception desk and to consultation or treatment locations. Perform internal patient transportation, when necessary, using stretchers, wheelchairs, or accompaniment. Control the issuance, use, and collection of ID badges and identification stickers for patients, companions, and visitors. Control access by companions and visitors, as well as entry of food and unauthorized persons, in accordance with institutional and legal regulations. Ensure quality, safety, organization, and a positive organizational climate, complying with internal policies and current legislation.
