**About the Opportunity** We are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our Procurement department and ensure that our procurement processes are strategic, sustainable, and aligned with the company’s goals. We are looking for a professional with an analytical mindset, systemic vision, and strong people management and strategic negotiation skills—someone who can balance achieving results with team development and strengthening supplier partnerships. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate the execution of purchasing activities, ensuring achievement of cost, quality, and timeline targets; * Lead, guide, and develop the procurement team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment; * Conduct strategic negotiations with high-impact and high-relevance suppliers; * Develop and review procurement policies, workflows, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards; * Monitor performance indicators (savings, SLA, service level, non-conformities) and propose improvement action plans; * Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Planning departments to ensure synergy and supply chain efficiency; * Manage contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring adherence to clauses and terms; * Support Executive Management in strategic decision-making through market analysis, benchmarking, and feasibility studies. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related areas is desirable; * Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate procurement, including team leadership and strategic negotiations; * Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and performance metrics; * Knowledge of contract management, supply planning, and cost analysis; * Experience in collective catering, facilities management, or food industry is desirable. **What We Value** * Inspirational and collaborative leadership; * Analytical capability and strategic vision; * Clear and assertive communication; * Results- and innovation-oriented mindset; * Transparency and ethics in relationships.
