The **Process team** is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement of the company’s production processes. It directly analyzes and optimizes manufacturing steps, ensuring appropriate resource utilization, achievement of productivity targets, and product quality. With strong interfaces across quality, maintenance, engineering, and logistics departments, this area plays a strategic role in driving innovation, safety, and operational excellence within the industrial environment. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Map, analyze, and redesign processes. * Identify failures, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. * Implement and monitor optimization initiatives. * Define and track performance indicators (KPIs). * Support process standardization and automation. * Collaborate with various departments to align processes. * Document and maintain updated workflows and standards. * Conduct training on new processes and practices. * Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for the team. **What qualifications are we looking for?** * Availability for 100% on-site work at the factory. * Experience delivering training and capacity-building programs focused on continuing education. * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Process Management, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience in process mapping, analysis, and improvement. * Familiarity with modeling tools (BPMN, Visio, Bizagi, etc.). * Experience in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, etc.). * Process modeling and documentation techniques (BPM). * Performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis. * Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. * Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Totvs). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. **Preferred Qualifications** * Certifications in BPM, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt). * Experience with process automation (RPA). * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, etc.). **Work Location** Complexo Viário Yojiro Takaoka, 711 \- Jardim Itaquiti, Barueri \- SP, 06423\-150 If you’re ready to transform the **future of food**, join us on this journey!
