Basic knowledge of electricity (e.g., replacing light bulbs/sockets), plumbing (e.g., fixing leaks), and painting. Proficiency in using tools (e.g., drills, sanders, various wrenches). Organizational skills, agility, strong interpersonal communication, and focus on workplace safety. Preferred: Technical courses in related fields (NR-10 or NR-35 certifications will be considered significant assets). Responsibilities: Perform minor repairs on electrical and hydraulic installations as required. Carry out painting, masonry, and furniture or basic infrastructure repair work. Conduct periodic inspections to identify repair needs before they become critical issues. Keep the workshop and maintenance material inventory organized and clean. Assist specialized technicians (e.g., electricians, plumbers, masons) in complex renovations or maintenance tasks.
