




**Job Mission:** Provide technical and operational support to filling and packaging processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Act as a facilitator between departments, contributing to continuous improvement and team development. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor critical process parameters (temperature, pressure, sealing, package integrity) and ensure compliance with established standards. * Perform in-line quality controls, including product weight, closure integrity, package integrity, and traceability. * Support technical analyses and operational adjustments to resolve deviations and optimize performance. * Update and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and indicator reports. * Participate in and support continuous improvement projects (Lean, TPM, SMED), aiming to reduce losses and increase efficiency. * Participate in team training and capacity-building activities, promoting standardization and sound operational practices. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and internal regulatory requirements. **Desired Profile:** * Technical or higher education degree in fields such as **Engineering, Production, Quality, or Food Science**. * Knowledge of industrial processes, continuous improvement tools, and Good Manufacturing Practices. * Proficiency in tools such as **Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint** for data analysis and presentation. * Ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and focus on results. **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * TRS * Reduction of losses and rework * Compliance with quality controls * Participation in and support for continuous improvement projects Responsible for providing technical and operational support to filling and packaging processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
