Job Summary: The professional will ensure the quality and safety of Liv Up's food products through laboratory routines, record control, non-conformance management, and good practices. We work with **fresh and high-quality food**, bringing convenience and flavor to the daily lives of those seeking a **healthier lifestyle.** The **Quality Team** is responsible for ensuring that all processes—from the rigorous selection of raw materials to the final product release—are carried out with precision, safety, and full compliance with technical regulations and the company's excellence standards. This team continuously monitors every stage, guaranteeing that food delivered to consumers meets the hygiene, integrity, and high-performance criteria that uphold trust in the brand. **What will your day-to-day look like?** **Laboratory Routine and Analyses** * Perform physicochemical and/or microbiological analyses according to internal procedures. * Prepare samples, culture media, solutions, and reagents. * Conduct sampling of in-process materials, finished products, water, and surfaces. * Ensure proper sample handling, identification, and traceability. ### **Record and Result Control** * Complete and verify laboratory records (spreadsheets, forms, systems). * Enter analysis results into the system and flag deviations. * Ensure organization and traceability of analytical data. * Support the review of procedures, work instructions, and forms. ### **Non-Conformance Management** * Support investigations of Out-of-Specification (OOS) results. * Assist in preparing technical reports and deviation records. * Contribute to defining and tracking corrective and preventive actions. ### **Equipment and Materials Control** * Perform cleaning, organization, and maintenance of laboratory equipment. * Support calibration and verification of equipment. * Monitor inventory of laboratory supplies (reagents, media, glassware). * Request material replenishment when necessary. ### **Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)** * Ensure compliance with GLP and biosafety standards. * Maintain a clean, organized environment meeting quality requirements. * Use PPE correctly and follow safety regulations. ### **Third-Party Oversight** * Support laboratory-related audits and technical visits. * Oversee third-party maintenance and calibration services. * Ensure records and certificates are up to date. ### **Continuous Improvement Support** * + Identify opportunities for improvement in laboratory processes. + Suggest improvements to controls, routines, and organization. + Support standardization and optimization projects for analyses. **What qualifications are we looking for?** * Completed high school education; currently pursuing a technical course in related fields **Work Schedule:** Tuesday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:00 **Work Location** Complexo Viário Yojiro Takaoka, 711 \- Jardim Itaquiti, Barueri \- SP, 06423\-150 If you're ready to transform the **future of food**, join us on this journey!
