Job Summary: As a Supervisor, you will work at Splice Indústria on highway conservation and maintenance, as well as building conservation, organizing teams in open-air environments. Knowledge of technical standards and quality As a **Supervisor**, you will work for *Splice Indústria* under our Jarinu/SP Signage Contract. You will perform highway, road, avenue, and street conservation and maintenance, as well as building maintenance and conservation. You will organize teams under continuous supervision in open-air environments during daytime hours. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Replace traffic signage plates; * Repaint traffic markings; * Install traffic warning signage on roadways; * Divert vehicle traffic flow; Use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Use user preventive protection equipment; * Use equipment appropriate to the task; Maintain original equipment characteristics; * Perform preventive inspections of machinery and equipment; * Monitor service execution. Clean the area and compact soil. Conduct first-level maintenance, cleaning machines and tools, and checking equipment physical conditions upon installation. * Perform the following main activities: Loading and unloading materials and tools. * Traffic signage and lane closure/interdiction. * Installation of infrastructure for traffic monitoring and control equipment. * Installation/removal of support structures, poles, gantries, and assembly; Complete dismantling of infrastructure for traffic monitoring and control equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * **Driver's license category D (mandatory)** * Experience in team management; * Knowledge of technical standards and quality. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Food voucher; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance.
