SOC II Analyst

Description

We are looking for a new Solution to join our SOC/MDR team. Your role will be as an SOC II Analyst, working remotely or in a hybrid model at one of our branches. **Responsibilities and duties** **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Operate and administer the Network Detection and Response (NDR) Darktrace solution exclusively for a Teltec customer; * Continuously monitor alerts and detections generated by the platform, performing initial analysis and enrichment of identified events; * Investigate suspicious activities and potential threats identified in network traffic using the analytical capabilities of the NDR solution; * Manage and optimize policies, detection rules, exceptions, and tool configurations to ensure maximum operational effectiveness; * Support security incident response processes by providing technical evidence, context, and recommendations for containment and remediation; * Perform continuous tuning of the platform to reduce false positives and improve detection quality; * Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and playbooks related to tool operations; * Prepare technical and executive reports containing metrics, trends, identified threats, and improvement recommendations for the monitored environment; * Serve as the technical focal point for the customer on NDR-related matters, leading operational and technical alignment meetings; * Support continuous improvement initiatives by proposing new detections, use cases, and monitoring strategies to enhance visibility and security maturity of the environment; * Collaborate with SOC, MDR, Networking, and Infrastructure teams to investigate, validate, and address security events identified by the platform. **Requirements and qualifications** **THE FOLLOWING ARE ESSENTIAL:** * Bachelor's degree completed in fields such as Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Networking; * Experience in networking and infrastructure; * Experience in security incident response; * Knowledge of cyberattack tactics and techniques. **IT IS A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:** * Advanced English proficiency; * Certifications in the security field; * Knowledge/experience with Darktrace tools; * Darktrace certifications. **Additional information** **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Payroll-deductible loan; * SESC membership benefits; * ACATE membership benefits; * Flexible benefits: At Teltec, we can also use our benefits flexibly, exercising our autonomy to allocate them according to our personal preferences across the following categories: meals, food, health, education, and mobility. * Extended maternity leave: Considering the adaptation needs of mothers balancing work and newborn care, we offer an extended maternity leave policy; * Scholarship program (postgraduate studies, MBA, specializations); * Foreign language scholarship program; * Runtec Program: We provide incentives for Solutions to participate in sports competitions. * 100% subsidy for technical certifications; * Birthday Day Off; * Referral program: bonuses for referring and successfully hiring professionals; * Bonus for achieving commercial targets. * Teltec Academy – Our corporate university to foster a culture of continuous learning and development. * Awards for outstanding behaviors and awards for outstanding leaders. * Benefits may vary by location, employment type, and/or change due to annual budget considerations.
