Traffic monitoring and corrective actions We are seeking a professional to work in **operations management**, with focus on results, quality, and team development. **Main responsibilities:** * Team management, promoting development, engagement, and alignment with operational objectives * Operations management, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and goal achievement * Monitoring of **quality, productivity, punctuality, and attendance** indicators through reports and performance analysis * Development and execution of **action plans** for continuous improvement of results * Real-time monitoring of **customer service traffic**, analyzing operational impacts and applying corrective actions whenever necessary * Individual performance management of employees, including consistent feedback (positive and constructive) * Participation in final stages of selection processes, decisions regarding disciplinary measures and terminations * Conducting periodic team meetings to ensure clear communication, results alignment, and motivation * Training and operational support to agents on system and process usage * Management of schedules, days off, vacations, and reassignments, ensuring operational availability * Monitoring and control of **absenteeism**, developing strategies for reduction **Desired technical competencies:** * Knowledge of operational processes * KPI management * Results control and monitoring * Analysis and reporting tools * Schedule management and adherence Working hours: 11 AM to 8 PM ON-SITE POSITION Job type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
