**Requirements**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree
* Prior experience in transportation and distribution is preferred
* Sense of urgency, leadership, organizational ability, and accountability
* Clear communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people
**Main Job Responsibilities**
* Release fleet vehicles, monitoring routes, transfers, and pickups
* Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for light and heavy vehicles
* Monitor vehicle returns and ensure proper organization of route equipment
* Monitor transportation KPIs and update fleet controls and spreadsheets
* Contact insurance providers, towing services, and provide support during accidents or emergencies
* Procure and obtain quotations for parts, services, and tires
* Ensure proper use of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) by the team
* Organize loading schedules and support the operations team
* Handle administrative tasks related to the fleet and route team
* Report daily operational incidents and requirements to management
