Proactive communication with customers, drivers, and team A road transportation company is seeking an Operational Assistant professional in Nova Odessa (Cinco Industrial Park). **Responsibilities:** Provide support and monitoring for partner drivers, company-owned and third-party fleets, ensuring alignment throughout operations. Conduct inquiries, negotiations, and contracting of third-party drivers as required by operational needs. Manage and track closed-load cargoes nationwide in Brazil, from contracting through final delivery. Monitor routes, delivery deadlines, and cargo status, with constant updates to systems and customers. Issue CTEs (Transportation Service Receipts). Maintain proactive communication with customers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure efficiency and prompt resolution of incidents, among other duties. Previous experience as an Operational Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Operations Analyst may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
