




Job Summary: Support the organization, planning, and execution of corporate, promotional, institutional, or internal events, ensuring quality and alignment with other departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing event schedules, budgets, and checklists. 2. Assist in vendor contracting and relationship management. 3. Conduct post-event satisfaction surveys and prepare post-event reports. Provide support in organizing, planning, executing, and monitoring corporate, promotional, institutional, or internal events, ensuring all event stages are carried out with quality, within the established timeline and budget. Collaborate closely with other departments—such as operations, monitoring, fleet, and finance—to align needs and priorities. Assist in developing event schedules, budgets, and checklists. Assist in vendor contracting and relationship management (specialized transportation services, guest and team transportation and accommodation). Conduct post-event satisfaction surveys and compile results. Prepare performance reports and event feedback. Prior experience organizing corporate or promotional events is desirable.
