Maintain contact with drivers for support and guidance **Position: Administrative Office Assistant (Vehicle Tracking)** Location: Jardim Belval, Barueri/SP Employment Type: CLT Salary: To be discussed Benefits: Transportation allowance, meals provided on-site. **About the Position** We are looking for an Administrative Office Assistant focused on vehicle tracking to monitor and control the fleet, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor vehicles in real time via the tracking system * Track routes and identify deviations or unplanned stops * Record incidents and report non-standard situations * Maintain contact with drivers for support and guidance * Complete tracking reports and control spreadsheets * Support administrative routines in the logistics department **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Basic to intermediate computer skills (Excel is a plus) * Good communication and organizational skills * Attentive, proactive, and responsible profile * Experience in vehicle tracking or logistics is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with tracking systems * Background in transportation or logistics companies Compensation: Starting at R$2\.140,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
