If you thrive on challenges, are eager to learn, and wish to grow with us, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:**  * Practical experience with machining processes and CNC/CAM programming. * Performing minor repairs on equipment within your area of operation; * Identifying and documenting issues that arise, along with their root causes and corrective actions, to maintain a comprehensive record of measures taken to resolve them; * Developing process improvements aimed at optimizing and enhancing operational productivity and efficiency; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or Mechatronics * Proficiency in software such as SolidWorks 2D/3D and Excel * Development of fixtures and control devices * Mastery of machining methodologies for lathes and milling machines * Experience on the factory floor * Availability to work onsite in São Bernardo do Campo\-SP **Additional Information** * Work schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:40 PM * Transportation Allowance / On-site Parking * Breakfast and Meals provided at the company * Health Insurance (optional, 100% paid by the employee) * On-site Dental Clinic At Masipack, we believe innovation begins with people passionate about what they do.
