Description

**Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate project execution to ensure satisfactory physical/financial schedule results; * Ensure that project execution occurs within the approved budget and contractual execution schedule; * Manage service requests and maintenance contracts to comply with contractually agreed service level agreements (SLAs); * Maintain quality standards and process standardization across company operations and maintenance services; * Lead teams, guiding all activities related to engineering construction projects and maintenance contracts through personal interactions, work meetings, and formal instructions; * Participate in the development and management of maintenance plans; * Periodically attend meetings and conferences with clients; * Manage and control workforce, material, and financial resources required for construction, including contract cost analysis, project performance indicator management, project development, technical documentation and POPs (Standard Operating Procedures) preparation, and delivering company training sessions; * Coordinate and execute procurement planning for materials and equipment, ensuring acquisitions occur within the budgeted cost and meet project specifications through technical and cost analysis and monitoring; * Communicate project progress with the work team; * Achieve excellence in high-quality delivery for both internal and external customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in CAD and MS Project; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver's license.
