We focus on strengthening digital risk governance across the entire organization by defining frameworks and policies, and by conducting advanced technical assessments—thereby promoting alignment with global best practices and ensuring a secure foundation for innovation. Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco \- SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As Senior Cybersecurity Manager, you will work within the Cyber, AI, and Data Privacy Management team, and your key responsibilities will include: * Lead risk management related to Artificial Intelligence usage and data governance, ensuring alignment with strategy and regulatory requirements * Develop and implement AI Risk and Data Governance policies, standards, and frameworks based on industry best practices (DAMA\-DMBOK, DCAM, ISO 27001, NIST) * Assess risks associated with AI models—including algorithmic bias, privacy, information security, and compliance (LGPD, GDPR) * Coordinate audit processes and continuous monitoring of AI models and data quality throughout their lifecycle * Lead initiatives on transparency, explainability, and ethical AI use * Define and track risk indicators, preparing executive reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies * Collaborate closely with Information Security, Compliance, and Technology teams to support risk mitigation and advance governance culture **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or Artificial Intelligence * Solid experience in Information Technology, Information Security, or Risk Management, preferably within complex and/or regulated environments * Hands-on experience with data analysis, visualization, and productivity tools such as Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with workflow and service management platforms like ServiceNow * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence–based and productivity solutions such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini * Fluent English **What We Offer** At Bradesco, we value health and well-being, offering an extensive portfolio of benefits to all our employees: * Profit Sharing (PLR) or Bonus: Based on position eligibility\* * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * 13th Food Basket * Total Pass * Commuter Benefit (optional enrollment) * Discounts on products and services from partner companies * Private Pension Plan (optional enrollment, with financial contribution from Bradesco Organization) * Bradesco Well-Being Program: health, well-being, and quality-of-life initiative * Unibrad: Bradesco Corporate University * Fee Waivers: special conditions across various products and services * Childcare or Babysitter Assistance * Extended Paternity Leave: 20 days * Maternity Leave: 180 days, including prenatal and postpartum care support
