Job Summary: Responsible for developing and implementing relationship strategies with cooperative members, managing PF/PJ portfolios, marketing products and services, and providing financial consulting to enhance profitability and member retention. Focus on profitability and member retention **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Responsible for developing and implementing cooperative member relationship strategies, including portfolio management of products and services, supporting business teams and PA-related processes—covering both PF and PJ cooperative members—through marketing of existing portfolio products and services, as well as delivering financial consulting focused on cooperative members’ needs and the cooperative’s results, aiming at profitability and portfolio expansion, while promoting service quality, efficiency, and standardization, meeting established targets, and offering product and service solutions aligned with expectations and member retention within their area of responsibility. * Generate value for cooperative members, the community, and the cooperative. * Manage PJ cooperative member portfolios, striving to become the cooperative members’ primary financial option through consultative, transparent, and results-driven approaches, aiming to increase the Product and Service Utilization Index aligned with the target market. * Foster relationships and member retention, increasing business volume, expanding the range of products utilized, and minimizing risks. * Achieve established targets by offering product and service solutions aligned with cooperative members’ expectations. * Ensure portfolio results and performance with short-, medium-, and long-term perspectives. * Provide personalized and high-quality service to cooperative members in their portfolio, aiming at retention and loyalty. * Advise cooperative members in their portfolio on financial matters. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). * CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification * Dynamic and proactive; * Experience working with PJ clients is desirable; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Clothing allowance, Commissions, Profit-sharing, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
