The role has broad scope, connecting business areas, technology, data, architecture, tax, accounting, and corporate systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Activities** ------------------------- * Gather, analyze, and document system requirements related to Tax Reform, DERE, fiscal processes, accounting, finance, and ancillary obligations. * Map current and future processes, identifying impacts on legacy systems, ERP, fiscal modules, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting, data, and integrations. * Develop functional and technical system specifications, including business rules, process flows, integrations, APIs, files, events, validations, and acceptance criteria. * Support the design of solutions for tax engines, calculation engines, transaction classification, tax assessment, credits, debits, reconciliations, and information generation for DERE. * Analyze integrations between internal and external systems, considering fiscal data, electronic documents, master data, accounting entries, financial transactions, and operational databases. * Collaborate with data engineers, back-end developers, front-end developers, architects, tax analysts, and business users. * Support defining data models, field mappings, transformation rules, consistency checks, and validations across systems. * Create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, test cases, integration documentation, and supporting materials for development and user acceptance testing (UAT). * Participate in integrated testing, UAT, user validations, defect analysis, and correction tracking. * Support investigation of systemic issues, integration failures, calculation discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and processing errors. * Ensure traceability between requirements, business rules, development, testing, and delivery. * Document processes, system flows, dependencies, applied rules, and impacts on corporate systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Experience as a **Systems Analyst**, Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or equivalent role. * Experience in requirements elicitation, process analysis, system specification, and development oversight. * Knowledge of corporate systems such as ERP, tax, accounting, finance, billing, back-office, or integration platforms. * Ability to produce functional and technical specifications, including flows, business rules, integrations, validations, and acceptance criteria. * Experience analyzing integrations between systems, APIs, files, databases, events, or messaging systems. * Basic SQL knowledge for queries, data analysis, information validation, and supporting inconsistency investigations. * Ability to interpret complex business rules and translate them into clear, testable, and traceable requirements. * Familiarity with fiscal processes, fiscal documents, tax assessment, ancillary obligations, or Tax Reform. * Experience with integrated testing, UAT, defect analysis, and technical team support during development. * Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders. * Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
