Do you want to become one of our driving forces in this new global chapter? ### **Your Challenge at Automa** As a Senior Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and strategic intelligence across our supply chain. Your mission will be to transform procurement requests into solid commercial partnerships, securing financial competitiveness, on-time delivery, and supply continuity for our global projects. **Your key responsibilities include:** * **Process Management:** Lead the end-to-end procurement cycle, covering requisition, quotation, complex negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up. * **Supplier Development:** Manage, qualify, evaluate, and develop the company’s supplier portfolio, aiming to establish long-term strategic partnerships. * **Strategic Negotiation:** Conduct robust commercial negotiations targeting cost reduction (savings), improved payment and delivery terms, quality assurance, and better contractual conditions. * **KPIs and Performance:** Support the definition, implementation, and monitoring of procurement KPIs—controlling costs, lead time, service level, and savings targets. * **Decision Support:** Prepare structured market comparative analyses and management reports to support executive decision-making. * **Compliance and Governance:** Ensure strict adherence to signed contracts, internal procurement policies, and corporate compliance guidelines. * **Cross-functional Interface:** Collaborate closely with partner areas—including Engineering, Production, Finance, and Logistics—to align supply flow with operational needs. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities and support initiatives focused on automation, optimization, and simplification of internal procurement processes. ### **What We’re Looking For** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, International Trade, or related fields. * **Experience:** Solid background in Procurement or Supply Chain, with proven experience in highly complex environments. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, commercial contract management and interpretation, and procurement KPI tracking. * **Technology:** Advanced or expert-level Excel skills for procurement scenario modeling and reporting, plus hands-on experience with large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Totvs, Oracle, or similar). * **Languages:** Intermediate or advanced English, enabling technical reading, writing, and occasional international interaction. * **Soft Skills:** Proactive profile, sharp analytical thinking, and excellent communication and persuasion skills for engaging with both external markets and internal stakeholders. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related areas. * Conceptual and practical mastery of Strategic Sourcing methodology. * Prior experience in industrial, automation, technology, or materials management environments—preferably within energy-sector companies. ### **Location and Work Model** Our headquarters is located in **Jundiaí - SP**.
