**What are we looking for?** **Key responsibilities:** Guide data mining from primary and secondary sources; Identify relevant information in the database; Validate results using statistical tools and techniques; Interpret findings as trends and patterns within datasets; Validate new opportunities for process improvement; Provide technical leadership to the team. **Requirements:** Role objective: Responsible for executing the monthly billing process, ensuring data extraction, processing, and consistency, with strong emphasis on process and routine automation (especially in Excel).
