Ayko — Together to Transform! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register customers and partners in company systems; * Execute billing, including issuing invoices, bank slips (boletos), generating, sending, and tracking bank remittances; * Process payment settlements and monitor accounts receivable; * Perform bank reconciliation for accounts receivable, ensuring accurate recording of receipts; * Handle administrative requests related to billing; * Maintain contact with customers to clarify and resolve billing and collection matters; * Organize billing documents and forward them to the Accounting department; * Cancel or modify bank slips (boletos) when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in accounts receivable/fiscal areas and intermediate Excel proficiency; * Education: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting; * Preferred: Familiarity with Sankhya ERP. **Additional Information** Originally founded as VipRede, **Ayko** is the result of continuous evolution in the IT sector.
