Responsibilities * Prepare commercial proposals of low and medium complexity; * Prepare cost quantity spreadsheets (direct and indirect costs); * Conduct supplier quotations; * Monitor deadlines for document and proposal submissions; * Analyze technical documents such as project specifications, drawings, and scopes to understand requirements and details of the request; * Record activities, companies, contacts, and business opportunities in the CRM; * Organize and save documents in client-designated folders; * Follow up on submitted proposals to increase conversion rates; * Conduct online presentations with clients to showcase the company’s portfolio, identify opportunities, and understand client needs; * Participate in negotiation meetings with clients or suppliers to discuss and clarify budget details; * Support the sales team in preparing and updating department-related documents and reports. Requirements - Technical or undergraduate degree in related fields; - Knowledge of tools and technologies; - Knowledge of standards and regulations; - Understanding of the sales process; - Excel - Basic level; - Field knowledge.
