As part of the team, you will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial documents. Your role will be essential in maintaining the integrity of the company's financial records and contributing to the overall efficiency of operations. You will work closely with the accounts payable team and the accounting department, ensuring all invoices are recorded correctly and payments are processed according to established deadlines. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating invoices prior to submission, ensuring all information is accurate and complete. For this position, we seek someone with billing experience and a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. It is important that you possess good communication skills and are able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Proficiency in Protheus 12's SIGAFAT (Billing) and SIGAFIS (Tax) modules is essential. Salary: R$ 3,000.00 Working hours: 08:00 to 17:48 — Monday to Friday (on-site) Initially located at Berrini (near the station), and from December onward at Vila Leopoldina (near the station).
