If you want to expand your talent, join us on this journey full of opportunities, development, and strong collaboration—to propel you toward an unexplored universe! **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, the individual will directly engage in Red Team activities.** Plan and execute Red Team exercises, offensive validations, and attack simulations. Assess exposure across environments, identities, applications, networks, endpoints, and cloud. Controlled exploitation of vulnerabilities, documenting attack paths and impacts. Support Blue Team and CSIRT with actionable inputs to improve detections, playbooks, and controls. Prepare technical reports containing evidence, risks, recommendations, and prioritization. Perform revalidations of remediations and support tracking of mitigation plans. Contribute to methodology, ethics, security, and governance of offensive activities. **The selection process for this position may require an extended period for completion, with an expected conclusion by the end of 2026\.** **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Experience in offensive security, exploitation, post-exploitation, Active Directory, applications, and networks. Experience with offensive tools, scripting, and testing methodologies. Knowledge of the MITRE ATT\&CK framework, adversarial techniques, controlled evasion, and exposure analysis.
