**Responsibilities and Duties**
#### **Your Day\-to\-Day Will Include:**
* Supporting the execution of Performance Management/Evaluation programs and identifying potential development actions;
* Leading calibration meetings to ensure fairness and consistency in evaluations, contributing to the development of a high\-performance culture;
* Monitoring leadership development programs aligned with the objectives of the Performance Management area;
* Supporting the implementation of improvements in Performance Management processes, with a focus on fostering a high\-performance culture across the entire company;
* Delivering training on the Performance Management process;
* Tracking and monitoring KPIs for Performance Programs;
* Providing support in developing and implementing action plans;
* Preparing presentations related to Performance Management area solutions.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
#### **What You Need to Have:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
* Advanced Excel and Power BI skills;
* Experience in performance evaluation and management;
* Knowledge of the 9\-box evaluation method;
* Experience with competency\-based processes;
Technology affinity, with ease in learning and applying digital tools in daily work.

* Hold a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management;
* Possess a digital mindset, with strategic vision to propose innovative solutions, automation, and data\-driven decision making.
**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:18 PM**
