The professional will assume a consultative role, maintaining strong client relationships and engaging strategically. Key Responsibilities * Provide consultative client service, understanding clients’ financial needs; * Develop and present customized financial plans; * Work with financial and insurance products aligned with the client’s profile; * Manage client portfolios and identify opportunities for new business; * Support clients in making short-, medium-, and long-term financial decisions; * Maintain records and controls of client interactions and proposals; * Work with performance goals and metrics; * Collaborate with sales and administrative teams. Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in finance, sales, or consulting; * Sales-oriented profile, with strong communication and negotiation skills; * Organized, responsible, and results-driven; * Availability to work in a hybrid model; * Financial certifications are a plus (SUSEP certification is not required). Preferred Qualifications * Experience in financial planning or consulting; * Experience in consultative sales; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients.
