Develop your career in a solid company Payables and Administration Intern **G5 Engenharia**, an engineering company located in the downtown area of Curitiba/PR, is seeking a **Payables and Administration Intern** to support the company's financial and administrative routines. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and wish to build a career in administration and finance, this is an excellent opportunity for learning and professional growth. Main Responsibilities * Assist in recording and controlling payables; * Support the verification of invoices, bank slips, and other financial documents; * Organize receipts, contracts, and physical and digital files; * Assist in monitoring due dates and scheduling payments; * Update spreadsheets and internal systems; * Provide support for administrative and financial routines of the department. Requirements * Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Intermediate knowledge of financial routines; * Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with ERP systems; * Prior experience in administrative or financial activities; * Interest in pursuing a career in finance and controller areas.
