Support executive management in defining and monitoring targets and KPIs. Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted results, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. Produce managerial reports, dashboards, and profitability studies by product, customer, channel, and business unit. Develop financial scenarios and simulations to support strategic decisions and new investments. Support cost accounting, margin calculation, markups, and break-even analysis. Contribute to the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and BI tools to improve information efficiency and accuracy. Control and project cash flow, assessing capital requirements and opportunities for resource allocation. Support relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
