Preparation of commercial proposals and negotiation follow-up **Mission:** Responsible for customer service and prospecting, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring satisfaction and retention, with a focus on achieving sales targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct prospecting and follow-up calls with customers; * Develop new markets and identify business opportunities; * Prepare commercial proposals and follow negotiations through to closure; * Perform post\-sales activities, ensuring satisfaction and retention of active customers; * Support the finance department in cases of non-payment and billing discrepancies; * Update registrations, reports, and contact history in the system; * Participate in meetings, training sessions, and feedback sessions for professional development; * Comply with internal procedures and productivity and revenue targets. **Requirements:** * Experience in internal sales and customer prospecting; * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus. **Location:** Campinas/SP Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Personal vehicle
