This is an analytical and supportive role requiring rapid learning, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across various internal departments. Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in developing or maintaining financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and projections; * Analyze financial data to identify variances among actual results, budget, and forecast, and explain underlying causes; * Participate in the monthly closing process, assisting with reports, reconciliations, or preparation of information feeding into the close; * Prepare internal reports and KPIs, dashboards, performance panels, and support monitoring of financial metrics; * Support process improvement initiatives, documentation, automation, and ensure data integrity. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; * Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, basic projection models); * Analytical ability, comfort working with numbers, identifying patterns, and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills to report results and interact with various departments, including executive leadership; * Team-oriented mindset and hands-on approach; * Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment; * Basic proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems); 2512240202491823271
