We have an opening for you to become a Business Banking (B1\) Specialist, where you will be hired as a Specialist — the primary subject-matter expert in your field. Your role will include: • Managing and generating returns from the corporate client portfolio, ensuring close relationships, consultative service, and financial solutions aligned with each client’s specific needs; • Conducting 100% external activities involving client visits; • Expanding the client base, focusing on companies with annual revenue between BRL 500,000 and BRL 10 million; • Managing portfolio risk to ensure business quality and sustainable growth; • Delivering outstanding service, ensuring client satisfaction and personalized attention. For this role, we value: • CPA\-10 certification (ANBIMA), with CPA\-20 as a plus; • Completed undergraduate degree, with postgraduate qualification as a plus; • Experience managing corporate client portfolios; • Experience with credit products; • Discipline in executing the established model; • Strong oral and written communication skills, empathy, and relationship-building ability; • Solid commercial and negotiation skills; • Experience serving clients with annual revenue up to BRL 10 million will be considered a plus.
