Opportunity to organize and update technical documentation **Description:** ---------------- Support the engineering team in monitoring renovation, revitalization, and maintenance construction projects; Assist in physical and financial control of construction projects, including measurements and surveys; Perform data entry, queries, and controls in Sienge (contracts, measurements, costs, and budgets); Support the development and updating of physical schedules in MS Project; Develop and update control spreadsheets and reports in Excel; Organize and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for construction projects; Support communication with suppliers, service providers, and field teams. **Requirements:** ----------------- Technical or undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering (currently enrolled or completed); Prior experience as an Engineering Assistant or in similar roles; Practical knowledge of Sienge; Familiarity with MS Project; Proficiency in Excel (spreadsheets, controls, and reports); Experience in renovation projects.
