The company is located within the same premises as AW Fibra, sharing administrative and operational infrastructure, which ensures greater support, organization, and credibility for its operations. We seek an E\-commerce Analyst responsible for administering and monitoring the company's e-commerce store and marketplace operations, ensuring smooth online sales, product updates, order tracking, commercial performance, and excellence in customer experience, with focus on ADS, Shopee, and Mercado Livre platforms. Key Responsibilities: * Register and update products on e\-commerce platforms and marketplaces; * Update prices, descriptions, images, and inventory; * Monitor orders, invoicing, and deliveries; * Track sales and performance metrics; * Assist in creating promotional campaigns; * Monitor digital marketing advertisements and initiatives; * Provide customer service through digital channels; * Monitor marketplace reputation and reviews; * Generate management reports and performance analyses; * Support strategic initiatives to increase conversion and sales; * Collaborate with logistics, finance, and sales departments; * Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.
