**Job Summary:**
The Controller Specialist will be responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and control activities within the Maintenance company, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and contributing to more effective decision-making.
**Job Responsibilities:**
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget vs. actuals, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
Develop and implement controller-related procedures and policies to enhance financial efficiency and ensure compliance.
Support the annual budgeting process and strategic financial planning.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on business performance.
Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation and clarifications.
Collaborate with various departments to collect financial data and understand operational impacts on financial results.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement in financial operations.
Maintain and enhance financial models and data systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proven experience in controlling, financial analysis, or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS and GAAP), and budgeting processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) and business intelligence tools is considered a strong advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial information.
Detail-oriented profile with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
