Job Summary: The Senior Controller Assistant provides technical and operational support to the Controller's Office, ensuring the reliability of financial, accounting, and managerial information, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Supports the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget. 2. Performs cost, expense, and revenue control and analysis. 3. Contributes to variance analysis and prepares managerial reports. The Senior Controller Assistant is responsible for providing technical and operational support to the Controller's Office, ensuring the reliability of financial, accounting, and managerial information, contributing to budgetary control, cost analysis, and strategic decision-making support for the company. * Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget (Budget); * Assist in consolidating financial statements and managerial reports; * Perform cost, expense, and revenue control and analysis; * Support monthly results assessment; * Contribute to variance analysis (actual vs. budgeted); * Assist in monthly accounting closing; * Verify accounting entries and cost centers; * Support internal and external audits; * Prepare managerial reports and dashboards; * Support financial KPI management (EBITDA, margin, COGS, etc.); * Maintain organized documentation and support internal controls; * Support investment control (CAPEX and OPEX). * Analyze and select suppliers; * Negotiate prices and payment terms; * Monitor the procurement process from requisition to delivery; * Ensure quality of purchased products; * Maintain up-to-date supplier and contract records; * Record material and purchase invoices.
