We are looking for a **Controller Analyst** to monitor and control the company's financial and operational information, ensuring data reliability and supporting decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Perform reconciliations, analyses, and controls of expenses and revenues; * Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs); * Support the consolidation of results and monthly closing; * Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost variances; * Ensure consistency of financial and accounting information; * Support internal and external audits, as required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in controller functions, cost management, or financial planning; * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts); * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with the **Protheus TOTVS** system; * Experience in service outsourcing; * Experience in preparing management reports and executive presentations.
