Job Summary: Professional responsible for budget analysis, cost center management, cash flow, feasibility studies, and strategic support to the presidency. Key Highlights: 1. Consolidation of indicators (KPIs and OKRs) **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Weekly: * Analyze actual performance against the budget projection for all departments; * Assist in managing and controlling the Company's cost centers. Monthly: * Support the monthly cash flow update, including re-forecasting of future expenses and receipts; * Conduct feasibility studies for projects, including their monthly updates; * Support Landbank management; * Assist in corporate accounting calculations (POC); * Consolidate organizational indicators, KPIs and OKRs; * Assist in preparing strategic presentations for the Presidency and Executive Board; * Assist in managing the Group's G\&A. On Demand: * Assist in preparing strategic presentations for the Presidency and Executive Board * Conduct competitive analysis of the Company. **Requirements:** Desired Experience: 1 to 2 years Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Accounting, or related fields Postgraduate Degree Required?
